1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 999fe ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the website located at 999fe.net and all associated services, games, features, and content offered by 999fe (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on 999fe, logging in through the 999fe login page, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered by 999fe, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 999fe Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with 999fe, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 999fe strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 999fe or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from 999fe.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process.

999fe reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Management

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 999fe platform at any given time. The opening of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods, email addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 999fe account. You must keep your login credentials, including your password, strictly confidential. You must not share your account details with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another person's account to place wagers.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your account — including your name, date of birth, contact email address, and payment method details — remains accurate and up to date. 999fe reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence ("EDD") checks on any account at any time. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation, proof of address, or other identity verification materials. Accounts under EDD review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until the review is completed to our satisfaction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 999fe are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the 999fe platform:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and USDT cryptocurrency.
• Deposit processing time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically clear within 60 seconds. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast are typically credited within 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to identity verification requirements being met in full.
• Fees: 999fe does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile money provider are outside 999fe's control and remain your responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. 999fe will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Where a deposit was made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa, the withdrawal will by default be returned to the same JazzCash or EasyPaisa account number used for that deposit.

999fe reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 999fe may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions offered by 999fe are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before they or any associated winnings can be transferred to your main PKR wallet and withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each individual promotion. Any unmet rollover and associated bonus balance will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. 999fe employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk covering bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematically exploiting promotional terms.
• 999fe reserves the right to void bonus credits and any winnings derived from them if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has abused or attempted to abuse any promotional offer.
• A player may only claim a specific welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Attempting to claim the same offer again through a new account or alternative payment method constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• 999fe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already actively in progress for a particular player will be honoured under the terms as stated at the time of opt-in.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on 999fe — whether on cricket, basketball, slots, live casino, fishing games, or any other product offered on the platform — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed on your 999fe account statement. 999fe does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, typographical mistakes, or system malfunctions that result in clearly erroneous pricing — 999fe reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted at 999fe's discretion, including for individual accounts where betting patterns indicate professional or sharp activity.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. 999fe does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of live betting markets and accepts no liability for delays in odds updates during live events.
• Casino games, slots, and fishing games on 999fe use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are independently audited and are not manipulated by 999fe in any way.
• Winnings from all games and wagers will be credited to your 999fe PKR wallet promptly upon settlement. Settlement timelines vary by game type and event outcome confirmation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999fe platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and/or reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on 999fe.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the 999fe platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 999fe platform in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-format games to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in a way that generates illegitimate credits or winnings.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile money provider in bad faith while retaining winnings from your 999fe account.
• Accessing 999fe from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where doing so may expose 999fe to legal liability.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your 999fe account by any underage individual.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 999fe platform — including but not limited to the 999fe brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of 999fe or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999fe platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works of any 999fe content without prior written authorisation from 999fe.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

999fe collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account with 999fe, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by 999fe — including your name, CNIC information, contact details, payment information, and betting history — is used to provide and improve the 999fe service, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and where you have opted in, to send you promotional communications. 999fe does not sell personal data to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999fe and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the 999fe platform, including any interruption, delay, or malfunction of the website or mobile application.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of wagered funds resulting from technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond 999fe's reasonable control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used to populate live odds or results, provided such errors are not the result of 999fe's own negligence.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the 999fe platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 999fe's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Suspension & Termination

999fe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud associated with your account.
• You have requested self-exclusion through 999fe's responsible gaming tools.
• We are required to do so in order to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory requirement.
• Continuation of your account poses an unacceptable risk to 999fe, other players, or the integrity of our platform.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified real-money balance (excluding non-qualifying bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any legal proceedings related to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

999fe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 999fe will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — which may include a notice displayed upon your next 999fe login, an email notification to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the 999fe homepage.
